Responsibilities
- Architect multi-year technology roadmaps aligning with 2026 market projections and business objectives
- Lead horizon scanning for disruptive technologies across quantum, AI, biotech, and spatial computing
- Develop strategic frameworks for technology adoption, risk mitigation, and ROI optimization
- Coordinate cross-functional implementation of emerging tech initiatives across global teams
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and boards
- Establish partnerships with research institutions and startups to maintain innovation pipeline
- Monitor ethical, regulatory, and societal implications of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; PhD preferred
- 8+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation consulting
- Proven expertise in forecasting technology trends and market disruption
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies: quantum computing, AGI, Web3, neuromorphic systems
- Experience developing technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 or scale-up environments
- Exceptional strategic communication skills with executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in technology innovation or futurism
- Certification in technology strategy or innovation management preferred
