Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy aligned with long-term business objectives for 2026-2030
- Lead market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging tech trends and disruption opportunities
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate next-gen technologies into our portfolio roadmap
- Present strategic recommendations to the executive board and investors with data-driven insights
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech startups for innovation scouting
- Oversee the development of ethical frameworks for emerging technologies deployment
- Represent the company at industry conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or corporate R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, AI/ML, biotech convergence, and sustainable tech
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year tech transformation roadmaps
- Experience with scenario planning and future forecasting methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts into business strategy
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field required; PhD preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence C-level executives and external stakeholders
