Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching future-focused initiatives with measurable impact
- Expertise in at least three emerging technology domains (AI/ML, quantum, Web3, etc.)
- Executive-level communication skills with ability to articulate complex visions
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with specialization in innovation
