Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with corporate vision and market trends
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, Web3.0) to identify disruptive opportunities and competitive advantages
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints and hackathons to prototype next-gen solutions
- Present strategic technology recommendations to C-suite executives and board of directors
- Oversee technology portfolio optimization and resource allocation across 15+ innovation initiatives
- Establish KPIs to measure technology ROI and innovation pipeline effectiveness
- Mentor a team of technology architects and futurists
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or CTO roles
- Proven track record developing and executing multi-year tech transformation plans
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI/ML, quantum computing, blockchain, IoT, and sustainable tech
- Experience scaling technology operations across global enterprise environments
- Strong background in digital transformation and agile methodologies
- Executive presence with exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration (MBA preferred)
- Certifications in technology strategy or innovation management (e.g., TOGAF, CTO Academy)
