Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy for 2026+ roadmap, aligning with business objectives and market trends
- Lead research and adoption of emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, neurotech, sustainable tech)
- Partner with product teams to integrate futuristic technologies into core offerings
- Present strategic visions to stakeholders through compelling data-driven narratives
- Build and mentor an elite innovation lab team focused on prototyping next-gen solutions
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and their implications for business strategy
- Drive patent portfolio development and intellectual property strategy
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology roles with 5+ years in executive leadership
- Proven track record of launching technology products with $50M+ market impact
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI/ML, blockchain, biotech, AR/VR)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or MBA with tech specialization
- Certified in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., Futures Wheel, Delphi Technique)
- Exceptional analytical skills with proficiency in trend analysis tools (e.g., Gartner, Forrester)
- Demonstrated success in scaling innovative teams and managing R&D budgets >$20M
