- Develop and execute comprehensive 2026+ technology strategy aligned with business objectives and market evolution

- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and research labs
- Build and maintain technology roadmaps for 5-10 year strategic planning
- Drive innovation culture through workshops, hackathons, and thought leadership initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D management, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of anticipating and capitalizing on emerging tech trends
