Responsibilities
- Architect and implement 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market evolution and societal trends
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech integration strategies
- Conduct horizon-scanning research on disruptive technologies (neuromorphic chips, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Develop patent portfolios and IP strategies for emerging technological domains
- Present technology forecasts to C-suite executives and board members
- Mentor next-generation innovation leaders through our Future Tech Fellowship program
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics with 10+ years experience
- Proven track record in developing technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in at least three emerging technology domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
- Experience securing $50M+ R&D budgets for innovation initiatives
- Proficiency in strategic foresight methodologies (scenario planning, Delphi method)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
