- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Present technology forecasts to stakeholders with actionable implementation frameworks
- Drive ethical AI governance and sustainable technology initiatives

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 3+ years in emerging tech domains
- Proven track record of launching at least two disruptive tech initiatives
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, blockchain 3.0, and biotech convergence
- Certification in Future Studies or Technology Foresight (preferred)
- Experience presenting to C-suite and boards on complex tech strategies
