Responsibilities
- Develop 5-10 year technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead research on emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) for commercial viability
- Architect scalable innovation frameworks and pilot programs for new tech adoption
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and cross-functional stakeholders
- Manage $2M+ innovation budgets and vendor partnerships for cutting-edge solutions
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of technological curiosity
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (e.g., AI ethics, Web3, sustainable tech)
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making experience
- Strong presentation skills with executive-level communication abilities
- Certification in technology foresight (e.g., Foresight Practitioner) preferred
