Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead research and evaluation of emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, Web3, etc.)

- Present innovation briefings to C-suite executives and investors
- Oversee pilot programs for experimental technologies with measurable KPIs
- Drive organizational culture of innovation through workshops and mentorship
- Analyze global tech policies and regulatory impacts on business strategy
- Coordinate with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of implementing disruptive technologies in enterprise environments
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Deep expertise in at least 3 emerging tech domains (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
