Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and company vision
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling emerging technologies
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive innovations with 3-5 year commercial potential
- Translate technical feasibility into strategic business opportunities and ROI models
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Drive innovation sprints focused on next-gen solutions (AI ethics, climate tech, neuro interfaces)
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging tech commercialization (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Deep understanding of technology adoption lifecycle and regulatory landscapes
