Responsibilities

- Develop and execute innovation roadmaps integrating AI, IoT, and quantum computing advancements
- Partner with product teams to embed future-ready capabilities into enterprise solutions
- Establish strategic alliances with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders
- Manage R&D initiatives focused on next-generation sustainable technologies
- Drive cross-functional adoption of emerging tech standards and protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or advanced automation systems
- Experience developing long-term (5+ year) technology roadmaps
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations and stakeholder management
