- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Build partnerships with tech startups, research institutions, and industry innovators
- Create detailed roadmaps for technology adoption and integration
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes to identify strategic opportunities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product development, or innovation leadership
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies and their business applications
- Proven experience developing and implementing multi-year tech roadmaps
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills for executive audiences
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Experience managing budgets exceeding $5M for technology initiatives
- Certification in technology strategy or innovation management preferred
