Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, bio-integrated AI) for 2026 market readiness
- Develop comprehensive technology adoption roadmaps aligned with business KPIs
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and design teams
- Present strategic tech briefings to executive stakeholders and investors
- Establish ethical frameworks for AI and autonomous systems implementation
- Monitor competitive tech landscapes and patent landscapes
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 or scale-up experience
- Proven track record launching 3+ disruptive tech initiatives
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AR/VR, neuromorphic computing)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business/Technology MBA
- Strong data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Certification in Technology Strategy (e.g., CTS) or equivalent
- Experience building tech ethics frameworks and governance models
