- Develop comprehensive innovation frameworks for product development pipelines
- Partner with engineering teams to prototype breakthrough concepts with rapid iteration cycles
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders
- Manage $5M+ R&D budget allocation for experimental projects
- Establish KPIs for measuring technology adoption and ROI in future markets
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or corporate R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products/services
- Deep expertise in AI, quantum computing, or sustainable tech ecosystems
- Certification in Futures Studies or Technology Foresight preferred
- Experience with scenario planning and market trend analysis
- Strong financial modeling skills for tech investment decisions
