Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ technology strategy aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (quantum AI, neural interfaces, decentralized systems)
- Analyze emerging tech disruptions and create actionable adoption roadmaps
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Establish KPIs for tech innovation initiatives and track ROI
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ in emerging tech
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, or Web3
- Proven track record of launching commercialized tech innovations
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Certifications in technology strategy (e.g., TOGAF, CTO Academy)
- Experience leading global teams across multiple time zones
- Deep understanding of regulatory landscapes for emerging technologies
