Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional teams of PhDs and engineers in prototyping next-gen solutions
- Secure $10M+ annual R&D funding through strategic partnerships with NASA, DARPA, and top universities
- Drive patent portfolios targeting 50+ novel technology filings annually
- Present strategies to C-suite boards and investor summits with Fortune 500 CEOs
- Monitor geopolitical tech policies and shape industry standards through IEEE contributions
- Mentor a 15-person innovation lab in agile methodology and disruptive thinking
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record shipping 2020+ tech innovations (quantum algorithms, neuromorphic chips, etc.)
- Expertise in futures forecasting using Bayesian modeling and scenario planning
- Published 20+ peer-reviewed papers in Nature/Science or equivalent impact journals
- Experience securing $50M+ in government/VC tech grants
- Deep understanding of semiconductor scaling limits and post-Moore's law alternatives
- Fluency in Mandarin, Arabic, or Spanish for global stakeholder engagement
