What You'll Do:
• Lead horizon scanning for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, Web3, etc.)
• Develop technology adoption roadmaps aligned with business objectives
• Conduct competitive analysis and market opportunity assessments
• Build cross-functional partnerships to accelerate innovation
• Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and investors
Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends and their business implications through 2026+
- Design and execute technology adoption strategies for enterprise-scale transformation
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and design teams
- Develop ROI models and risk assessments for technology investments
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Maintain competitive intelligence through market research and industry analysis
- Drive culture change initiatives to foster organizational innovation readiness
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or related field
- Proven track record of implementing future-focused tech initiatives
- Expertise in at least three emerging technology domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Experience developing strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Executive communication skills with experience presenting to C-suite audiences
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
- Published thought leadership in technology or business strategy
