Responsibilities
- Architect long-term technology roadmaps for 2026-2030 horizon
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum-secure systems
- Develop ethical AI frameworks for autonomous decision-making
- Partner with policy bodies on emerging tech governance standards
- Identify and integrate cutting-edge open-source innovations
- Present strategic visions to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $2M+ innovation budgets with ROI-focused KPIs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ in emerging technologies
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Physics, or Systems Engineering
- Proven track record scaling quantum/AI initiatives from concept to deployment
- Expertise in futures thinking methodologies (e.g., scenario planning)
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Security clearance or ability to obtain federal clearance
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, Rust, etc.)
