Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in quantum AI and biotechnology integration
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with $1B+ market potential
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board of directors
- Build partnerships with MIT, Stanford, and DARPA innovation labs
- Mentor a team of 12 future-focused engineers and researchers
- Secure $50M+ in strategic investments for flagship projects
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in technology strategy at Fortune 500 or unicorn startups
- Published research in Nature/Science journals or equivalent impact
- Expertise in AI ethics, quantum algorithms, or climate tech
- Proven track record of scaling technologies from concept to $100M+ revenue
- Security clearance (or ability to obtain) for federal projects
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming frameworks
- Patents in 3+ emerging technology domains
