Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market trends and disruptive innovations
- Lead cross-functional teams in researching, evaluating, and integrating emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence)
- Present strategic technology briefings to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech startups for R&D initiatives
- Design innovation frameworks for rapid prototyping and pilot programs
- Anticipate regulatory and ethical implications of future technologies
- Drive digital transformation initiatives across global operations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- 8+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership roles
