- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and ROI measurement
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage partnerships with leading research institutions and tech incubators
- Drive cultural transformation to embed future-ready thinking across the organization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or product innovation leadership
- Proven experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, blockchain, biotech, etc.)
- Strong background in strategic planning and business case development
- Excellent communication skills for presenting complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration
- Certifications in emerging technologies or strategic management preferred
