Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps for 2026+ initiatives in emerging domains (quantum, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies with strategic potential
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-proof solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Build and manage an innovation lab focused on 5-10 year technology horizons
- Drive partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Establish KPIs for measuring technological adoption and ROI
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, blockchain, biotech)
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products/services
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in emerging technologies (e.g., AWS Quantum, Google AI) preferred
