Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap, aligning with business objectives and market trends
- Lead R&D initiatives in emerging technologies including AI, quantum computing, and biotech integration
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis to identify disruptive opportunities
- Partner with product teams to translate technological innovations into scalable solutions
- Present strategic vision to stakeholders through compelling data-driven narratives
- Build and mentor a high-performing innovation lab focused on 2030+ capabilities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in launching disruptive technologies at scale
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, blockchain, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking with data-driven decision-making
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in agile environments
