- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget and vendor relationships
- Mentor junior strategists and cross-functional teams on future tech trends
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Proven track record in launching successful tech products/services
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech fields (AI/ML, blockchain, IoT, quantum)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to model complex future scenarios
- Exceptional presentation and executive communication abilities
