Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 5-year technology strategy aligning with 2026 market projections and industry disruptions
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (quantum algorithms, AI ethics frameworks, climate tech)
- Analyze emerging tech trends (Web4, neuro interfaces, decentralized AI) to identify investment opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to the board and investors with data-driven ROI models
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and startups to accelerate innovation pipelines
- Establish KPIs for tech adoption and measure impact on business transformation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, product innovation, or emerging technology leadership
- Proven track record launching products with 2025+ technology horizons
- Expertise in at least 3 of these domains: quantum computing, AI governance, sustainable tech, Web3
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Strategy
- Experience with scenario planning and future-casting methodologies
- Strong network within Silicon Valley innovation ecosystems
- Certification in Technology Strategy or Innovation Management preferred
