- Lead cross-functional initiatives to prototype and validate futuristic concepts through rapid innovation sprints
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry consortia to accelerate tech adoption
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-driven impact assessments and ROI projections
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI deployment and responsible tech innovation
- Mentor a team of futurist researchers and technology scouts to maintain our innovation pipeline
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with proven experience in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, AR/VR)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with focus on innovation management
- Deep expertise in technology forecasting methodologies and scenario planning frameworks
- Track record of successfully launching tech initiatives with $10M+ budgets
- Certification in emerging technologies (e.g., AWS Machine Learning Specialty, Google Quantum AI)
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Portfolio of published tech foresight work or patents in futuristic domains
- Experience in regulated industries (healthcare, finance, or defense) preferred
