- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, AI ethics, Web3, neurotech) for strategic implementation
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and design teams
- Develop competitive intelligence frameworks and disruption mitigation strategies
- Present visionary technology briefings to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and emerging tech startups
- Define KPIs for measuring technology adoption ROI and innovation impact
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains: AI/ML, quantum computing, or decentralized systems
- Experience developing technology roadmaps with 5+ year horizons
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
