Responsibilities

- Develop innovation roadmaps aligned with business objectives and sustainability goals
- Partner with engineering teams to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Present strategic vision to investors, board members, and industry stakeholders
- Establish cross-functional KPIs for measuring technological adoption and ROI
- Drive organizational change management for technology transformation initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years experience in technology strategy with 5+ years in future-tech roles
