- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in quantum computing, AI ethics, and decentralized systems
- Identify and evaluate emerging tech trends (metaverse, neuromorphic chips, biohybrid systems)
- Develop patentable innovation frameworks for next-gen digital infrastructure
- Present strategic tech visions to executive stakeholders and investment committees
- Mentor a team of futurist researchers and prototype engineers
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and global tech labs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in tech strategy or R&D leadership at Fortune 500 scale
- Proven track record in launching commercialized emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in AI governance, blockchain architectures, and quantum computing
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Innovation Management (e.g., CFTE)
