Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 3-5 year technology strategy aligned with market trends for 2026

- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies and competitive threats
- Build innovation roadmaps with measurable KPIs and ROI projections
- Partner with product teams to integrate future tech into commercial offerings
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Manage a $5M innovation budget with accountability for high-impact projects
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in anticipating tech trends (e.g., Web3, AGI, biotech convergence)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Strategy
- Expertise in scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies
- Strong background in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, neurotech, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience managing innovation teams and large-scale tech transformation
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or industry forums
