Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic technology roadmaps for 2026-2030 horizon
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable tech
- Collaborate with MIT, Stanford, and NASA on breakthrough innovation projects
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring technological impact and ROI
- Present visionary concepts to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor cross-functional teams in emerging technology adoption
- Secure patents and publish white papers in peer-reviewed journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurology with 5+ years applied experience
- Proven track record of scaling AI/quantum projects from prototype to production
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier journals
- Experience securing $10M+ in government/private innovation grants
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ commercialized breakthrough technologies
