Responsibilities
- Develop 5-10 year technology roadmaps aligning with market disruption forecasts
- Identify and integrate emerging technologies (quantum, bio-AI, neural interfaces) into commercial applications
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, engineering, and product teams
- Conduct scenario planning for technological singularity and regulatory impacts
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Present future-tech frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with Fortune 500 scale
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AGI ethics, biotech convergence
- Published thought leadership in tech foresight or innovation strategy
- Experience with regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
