Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with business growth objectives
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating future-focused solutions
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI implementation and sustainable tech adoption
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Build partnerships with research institutions and tech innovators
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and adapt strategies accordingly
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Proven experience with emerging technologies (quantum, AI, blockchain, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations and stakeholder alignment
- Certification in technology forecasting or innovation management (e.g., CTO Academy)
- Demonstrated success in scaling technology initiatives across global organizations
