- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with 10-year market potential
- Strategize partnerships with academic institutions and global innovation hubs
- Present future-vision frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Drive ethical frameworks for next-gen AI and autonomous systems
- Secure and manage $50M+ innovation budgets for breakthrough initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in future-tech planning
- Proven track record in launching disruptive products (AI/quantum/AR preferred)
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurology
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Experience managing cross-continental innovation teams
- Published thought leadership in emerging tech trends (IEEE, Nature, etc.)
- Proficiency in futures research tools (Delphi, horizon scanning)
- Deep understanding of ethical implications of exponential technologies
