Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 or unicorn startups
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics
- Published research in quantum algorithms or neuromorphic computing (2020-2023)
- Expertise in emerging tech: AGI, synthetic biology, and climate-tech AI
- Proven track record scaling tech initiatives to $100M+ ARR
- Security clearance for national innovation projects (DHS/DOD preferred)
