- Develop and execute 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligning with business objectives
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum, AR/VR, bioinformatics) for competitive advantage
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating futuristic solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish KPIs and success metrics for technology adoption initiatives
- Collaborate with R&D to accelerate innovation cycles
- Represent company at global tech summits and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech roles with 5+ in future-tech planning
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, quantum)
- Proven track record of scaling innovative products from concept to market
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive communication skills
- Certifications in strategic foresight or technology forecasting preferred
- Experience leading teams in agile and DevOps environments
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-tech implementations
