- Secure $2M+ annual innovation budget and manage vendor partnerships
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board of directors

Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products
- Expertise in emerging tech frameworks (NIST, IEEE 2025 standards)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Strong financial modeling and budget management skills
- Certification in Strategic Innovation Management (SIM) preferred
