Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI Ethics, or Emerging Tech with 15+ years experience
- Published author in Nature/Science on exponential technologies
- Track record of scaling tech ventures to $1B+ valuations
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks for autonomous systems and neurotech
- Fluency in Mandarin, Spanish, and programming languages (Python, Rust)
- Proven ability to lead global teams across 15+ time zones
