Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026+ technology strategy aligning with business objectives and market disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional teams in evaluating emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for strategic adoption
- Conduct scenario planning and impact assessments for technological disruptions across industries
- Present compelling technology narratives to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish KPIs and measurement frameworks for technology innovation ROI
- Forge strategic partnerships with global research labs and technology pioneers
- Drive organizational culture of experimentation and rapid prototyping
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging tech advisory roles
- Proven track record of forecasting tech trends and implementing future-focused initiatives
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, advanced robotics, or biotech convergence
- Executive-level presentation skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to non-technical audiences
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Technology Management
- Published thought leadership on technology disruption or future scenarios
- Experience scaling technology roadmaps for enterprise environments
- Certification in technology foresight or strategic innovation management preferred
