- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Present strategic insights to investors and board members through data-driven narratives
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Design frameworks for ethical technology adoption and regulatory compliance
- Mentor junior strategists in future-gazing methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning with 3+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Proven track record of launching tech initiatives with $10M+ budgets
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology impact assessment
- Certification in Foresight Methodology or equivalent (e.g., WFS)
- Strong network with tech futurists and venture capitalists
- Published thought leadership in tech journals (e.g., MIT Tech Review)
- Experience scaling agile methodologies for innovation pipelines
