- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets and vendor partnerships
- Mentor a team of 5+ future technology researchers
- Publish thought leadership in peer-reviewed tech journals
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 exposure
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record scaling AI/quantum solutions from concept to production
- Expertise in technology forecasting frameworks (e.g., Delphi method, scenario planning)
- Certification in emerging tech (e.g., Google Quantum AI, AWS DeepRacer)
- Prior experience with federal innovation grant programs (SBIR, DARPA)
- Published portfolio in IEEE or Nature journals
