Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (2026-2030) to identify strategic opportunities and threats
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (quantum AI, neural interfaces, etc.)
- Partner with C-suite executives to align tech investments with market disruption forecasts
- Establish innovation frameworks for ethical AI deployment and regulatory compliance
- Build strategic alliances with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Present future technology scenarios to investors and stakeholders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Computer Science, or related field; PhD preferred
- 12+ years experience in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in scaling emerging technologies from concept to market
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neuromorphic systems
