Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic technology leadership with 5+ years in future-tech planning
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Systems Engineering with quantum/AI specialization
- Proven track record scaling enterprise-level technology transformations
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier journals
- Certified in Quantum Computing Architecture (QCA) and AI Ethics Governance (AEG)
- Experience with global regulatory frameworks for emerging tech
- Portfolio demonstrating at least 3 paradigm-shifting innovations
