- Identify disruptive opportunities through market analysis, patent research, and startup scouting
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions with venture partners
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring innovation ROI and technological readiness
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board members on emerging tech trends
- Collaborate with R&D to align research priorities with commercialization timelines
- Drive adoption of ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation standards
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning with 5+ in emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, AGI, or synthetic biology domains
- Proven track record of launching tech products with $50M+ revenue impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in IEEE Nature or similar tier publications
- Experience with venture capital due diligence and M&A tech integrations
- Fluency in AI/ML frameworks and quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit)
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
