Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for competitive advantage and implementation potential
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate future product/service concepts
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify disruptive opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership with data-driven insights
- Oversee pilot programs for emerging technologies with measurable KPIs
- Build partnerships with startups, research institutions, and industry consortiums
- Monitor regulatory and ethical implications of future technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product development, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in emerging technology adoption and commercialization
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI, IoT, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex information
- Experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps and implementation plans
- Strong presentation skills with ability to influence executive stakeholders
- Certification in emerging technologies or strategy (e.g., TOGAF, AWS ML) preferred
