Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with market trends and organizational goals
- Lead cross-functional teams to identify, evaluate, and prioritize emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Conduct competitive analysis and scenario planning to anticipate technological disruptions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Manage innovation portfolio from ideation through pilot implementation
- Collaborate with R&D teams to translate strategic vision into actionable R&D priorities
- Drive adoption of future-ready technologies across enterprise operations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or related leadership role
- Proven track record of scaling technology initiatives from concept to market
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, quantum computing, AR/VR)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Experience presenting to executive stakeholders and board members
- Certification in strategic planning or technology forecasting (preferred)
- Published thought leadership in technology or innovation (strongly preferred)
