Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with global market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in researching and evaluating emerging technologies (quantum computing, neural interfaces, biotech fusion)
- Architect scalable frameworks for integrating future technologies into existing product ecosystems
- Present strategic vision to C-suite executives and board members with data-driven recommendations
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs for collaborative innovation
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting technology adoption and adaptation strategies
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of technological curiosity and ethical innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of launching technology roadmaps with measurable business impact
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, AR/VR)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management preferred
- Experience working with Fortune 500 companies on enterprise transformation
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating published research, patents, or keynote presentations
