Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 3-year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market projections
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (quantum, AR/VR, blockchain)
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions and government labs
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Create executive-level briefings on tech policy implications and ethical frameworks
- Drive adoption of sustainable tech practices across all product lines
- Mentor junior innovators through our FutureTech Fellowship program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of scaling tech innovations from concept to market
- Deep understanding of global tech policy and regulatory landscapes
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
