- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive technologies and assess market readiness
- Design governance frameworks for ethical AI deployment and responsible innovation

- Mentor junior strategists in future-proofing methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics with 10+ years experience
- Proven track record in scaling emerging technologies from concept to commercialization
- Expertise in quantum computing, blockchain, and biotech convergence
- Published thought leadership in IEEE Nature or similar tier-1 journals
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS) or Technology Innovation Management
- Experience securing $50M+ in R&D funding from federal/state programs
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for global partnership development
